196. To all of you asking the burning question about whether or not a husband and wife can testify against each other - here's the answer. They can testify as to actions only, but not conversation. Only the conversations are privileged. This law was brought about in order to keep the lines of communication open between man and wife by affording both of them complete privacy as to anything said between them. However, the loop hole in this law is that a man and/or woman can testify as to the spouse's actions. If ANS & HKS were married (which they are not) then she could have testified as to his actions, i.e. if she saw him give Daniel any drugs that night, etc..

That being said - these two are not married and have never been married. Their commitment ceremony was a JOKE in the first place. Seriously, if they had ever really been committed to one another, they would made the whole thing legal.

Justice is on its way ANS & HKS. I just cannot wait to see this one played out completely.

As of last week, the media has been reporting ANS has been peddleling pics of her baby to the highest bidders... In the past 4 months, she has made HUGE money ( Millions) off of her dead childs photos, her birthing video, her so callled FAKE wedding, her sons funeral, and pics of the baby..... All bought and paid for by the media.
She has bought a new house recently, and just where do you think she secured those funds from?
I totally agree with you about the Trimspa account. I think that little escapade is pretty must dried up.
My hope is the media is finally seeing ANS for what she really is, a MEDIA WHORE and stops helping her exploit her baby.
I also hope Larry B gets that baby out of there, before the next "Hale- Bop" comet express passes by.

199. Mediation hearings are CLOSED. Only the parties involved would know the outcome of the Marshall money mediation hearing in San Fran (and apparently nothing was leaked to the press). I highly doubt that the Marshall family was of any mind to concede one penny to ANS, and that NO mediation settlement was reached. This just means the trial will go forward (whenever the trial dates are set). If ANS had won anything in the mediation hearing, she would have broadcast that news from the mountaintops!

It is interesting that ANS did not MOVE out of Ben’s house until she was FORCED to, and because she KNEW the court hearing they had on Friday would conclude once and for all that Ben is the owner of the home. She didn’t even wait for the court order to be issued, before she “bought” and moved into a new home (she knew all along that she did NOT own the home, and needed to find somewhere else to live).

You can be sure that Entertainment Tonight will NOT hold ANS and HKS accountable for their previous statements, in which they strongly claimed that ANS OWNED the Horizons home and that it would all come out in court. She said on ET that “someone” was wrongly trying to evict her. Those were LIES! ET will simply gloss over that fact, and pay her for more interviews and photos in her “new” home. And play up big time the sympathy factor of Daniel’s birthday on Monday. I know longer watch ET – they make me sick!

I hope Ben gets a judgment for DAMAGES against ANS for destruction to his home, and for “false residing”, so he can put a lien on her new home also, and/or on her Bahamian bank account.

I think whoever sold a new home to her, is not of sound mind! And they will get royally screwed over before the ink is dry on any sales contract.

Hopefully LB can stop ANS and HKS from pimping the baby girl for photos.

ANS’s California attorney, Ron Rale, should be ashamed of himself for allowing his client to spit in the face of the California judge and not comply with the DNA testing deadline of Jan. 23rd. The attorney should be held in CONTEMPT of Court, along with his client!

I thought I read something months back pertaining to Mr. Marshall had set up a trust for Daniel's education.. With all your research, by chance have you came across this too? I can't seem to find it now....
And if so.....I was wondering if that was the reason for the hush-hush trip to San Francisco last month, maybe mommy dearest was trying to cash in on that as well?

206. I'm not sure if this is the case with Daniels trust fund or not but usually a portion of their trust fund gets released when they turn 18 or start college. Then another share usually gets realeased at the age of 21. If that child doesnot reach the age of 21 the remaining of the trust fund usually goes back into the estate. Thats how my kids were set up at least. Not sure if that is true in this case.

I believe i read on factweb.net that the family has decided to continue the fight in the J. Howard estate. So i do not believe Vickie Lynn got what she was hoping in the Mediation hearings. Remember she was to be on ET that night for another interview and it was cancelled nothing ever said.

208. The deadline is approaching for the Paternity Case. It looks like .....once again ANS is trying to dodge the bullet. Ron Rale claims that since ANS is a resident that the paternity case needs to be filed in the Bahamas instead of the US. ( even though jurisdiction was ruled to the US in LA Superior Ct. ) It must be very depressing for LB to have one set back after another. As long as you have a competent Lawyer you can MILK the judicial system for all it''s worth.

Let's put it this way..........I doubt ANS will be running out to get a DNA test done by tomorrow.
And let's face it ........NO ONE CAN PHYSICALLY MAKE HER TO IT. This whole thing is just a JOKE to her.

Stern's lawyer JAMES NEAVITT has slammed the court order, telling American publication Us Weekly that the couple will dispute the decision. According to Neavitt, the California court would have no jurisdiction in a possible custody hearing regarding the Bahamas-based couple and that the paternity test order is null and void.

I figured she would get around it somehow. We all know already that if he keeps his filing in the Bahama's that They Lawyer she has there has already said he advises his clients that if they are going to agre to a perternity test then they need to find another lawyer.

All in all it looks like she will be able to dodge this for a long time. I don't expect anything to happen at all this week as far as paternity goes. If it does it would surprise me.

210. Amazing.... Mr Monroe said in his last report that Vickie Lynn has not paid her former lawyers because she had a case pending against them that would offset any money owed to them.

Now its because she awaiting an itemized list .

Also it says Recently, Smith has been "forgetting" to pay other expenses, such as mortgages and medical bills. Each instance has ended up being dealt with through the courts.

Hello........ does this seem like a person that has all the qualities needed to become a good Citizen for the Bahama's.

What part of a shady character do they not get??

But then again we have Mr Shane Gibson being the one to think she is of moral charcter so that could explain it . Fake body parts must effect alot of decisions there to.
