16. She isn't married to him. He isn't married to her. They had this "commitment ceremony", in my opinion akin to when you get a promise ring or a pre-pre-pre-engagement ring, or when someone lives with someone and calls him "my fiance" but they don't have a date and a ring and they've been shacking up for 3 years already.

They're not married. They're only "fake married." As long as there are no marriage vows, they're not husband and wife. If they're not husband and wife, unless the Bahamas law has something local about "commitment partners named Anna Nicole Dimwit and Howard K I Killed Him can't testify," they'll have to testify.

17. Bunny(heta) A husband or wife may not testify against each other but the only had a commitment ceremony not a marrige so she could testify against him.I hope she does and he goes to jail for a long time and makes somebody a good wife.

19. They may have gotten married in the Islands, but it is not legal. so he can testify against her, although I doubt that he will. I do believe that she accidentally killed him. No good will come to her until she gets herself together, and that includes getting rid of Howard K. Stern. He should have recused himself due to the conflict of interest.

20. Honestly, it is a sad day....when a woman is too drugged up to realize what is going on around her......

I know that when people drink excessivly, do drugs excessivly.....they REALLY can lose sense of even the simplest things....one day she will wake up and realize the magnitude of her actions, lack of actions....and as a mother....I couild not live with myself knowing being high, killed my child.....

23. I thought this would never happen. Next up? Howie goes and meets his new wives at the jail, Anna Nicole gets thrown out of Ben's house one dark and dreary night, and that sweet little baby FINALLY goes to someone we hope is semi-sane. Wonder if he'll consider also taking Sean Preston and Jayden James as a package deal?

26. I don't feel well today so hopefully I am reading this wrong - is this really saying that HKS killed ANS's son by giving him methadone??? Why would he want to kill him? And why would ANS allow a psycho like that near her son? Was she doped up prior to the death?

27. 1st of all ANS and HKS ARE NOT MARRIED !!! That was a phoney commitment ceremony put on by 2 OPPORTUNISTS who were out to make a buck on the pictures they sold to the media.

It's about time someone is held responsible for the death of that innocent boy. I've known all along that HKS played a major role in Daniel's untimely death. He is a PRICK and callus $$ grubbing a**hole . ANS is a hard core drug addict who is so messed up she has yet to grieve over the loss of her son. The fact that she didn't DEMAND this Inquest from the get -go is very telling. They both are covering-up their involvement in this.

Once they take a look at the stomach contents of Daniel and retrace HKS steps they will find their culprit. It only takes 1 METHADONE tablet to kill someone . Daniel had 7times the Lethal dose in his body. HKS is a murderer. He was the one to BENEFIT from Daniel's death. The fact that ANS has gone along with this shiester is just beyond belief. Her character , morals and ethics are that of a sciopath. She has no consious. Everything is about the money. She is even pimping out her baby daughter for monetary gain. You just can't sink any lower than that.

I believed all along that this was " no accident " HKS is a Criminal who needs to pay for what he has done. THANK GOD the Bahamain authorities have decided to do the "right thing" and do a complete and thourough criminal investigation into this matter. I was begining to think it was the most corrupt place there was. Now the truth wil be told. As soon as the results are back they can take Dannilynn away from those 2 scoundrals before she is their NEXT VICTIM. Better late then never. I hope they pay very dearly for what they have done. SHAME ON BOTH OF THEM and may God rest Daniel's soul. If anyone deserves justice ...he does.
