33. Figures HKS would have something to do with it. I think he has been infatuated with ANS for a long time. He know how much ANS loved her son and he wasn't going to share anymore. I bet he will come out and say that he thought he gave Daniel a sleeping pill and that the pills got mixed up. it's a sad story all around.

34. Anyone with brains should realize Anna's new baby is in extreme danger. Whoever the father is, and I'm betting it's not her drug dealing hubby, should take immediate action once paternal status is determined. God forbid the baby gets a little too hard to handle.

37. A friend of mine recently died from a methadone overdose. Blew everyone's mind. None of us even realized you could OD on the sh*t. He sniffed piles of cocaine and chewed percs like they were candy.....but the methadone is what killed him. Mind boggling.

40. While not a mobstah i have read about a case In the Bahamas where A baby was hit on a beach with a out of control speed boat the driver was under the influence of drugs when it happened. That was 4 yrs ago and still no inquest or charges have been filed even thought the family has continually requested one.

So this has happened rather fast as far as that goes lets just hope their is enough facts to hold who ever is responsiable in Daniels death accountable.

41. #40 att_amy I also am worried about what could happen between now and March 27. Does anyone know what is happening re. the eviction and paterniity testing. If Anna knows that Daniel is really the father of the baby and she duped Larry into thinking he was (Daniel and Larry bear a faint resemblance, as has been mentioned here at TMZ on other boards) then I wouldn't put anything past them as they would have to know the walls are caving in around them.
The "mobstahs" have pretty well figured this whole thing out IMO on the other Anna Nicole Smith boards here at TMZ! If Daniel is really the father, that would be the only reason I could think of as to why she has delayed the paternity test.

42. I w ould hope and pray this may get things moving a little faster for Larry to try to get things tested so if he is the Father he can get the baby out of that home where it is now said Howard was involved in Daniels Death.

Dannilynn is in real danger and the courts and Children services i hope may be seeing that .

Lord knows im holding her in my prayers for sure so she will be safe.

he knows just how much of the drugs to keep in her

I am SOOO HAPPY about this!!! I believe ANS is the "surprise" witness against HKS. She's thrown him under the bus, just like we all told her (and I'm sure others did, too) she should.

Sarah, I'm with you on the danger theory. Dannielynn is in grave danger now, I believe. HKS must see the walls closing in. I think ANS is biding her time; maybe not as evil as we've theorized. Whack and influenced, but possibly not evil.
