I am SOOO HAPPY about this!!! I believe ANS is the "surprise" witness against HKS. She's thrown him under the bus, just like we all told her (and I'm sure others did, too) she should.

Sarah, I'm with you on the danger theory. Dannielynn is in grave danger now, I believe. HKS must see the walls closing in. I think ANS is biding her time; maybe not as evil as we've theorized. Whack and influenced, but possibly not evil.

47. Sarah....seems they are in no hurry to resolve anything...this inquest should have been in the works months ago.... agreed? The Bahamas' along with Mexico, and Aruba...they just don't give a dam about anything... but tourism...
especially if a death is questionable...and it certainly....is....

52. #45: Seems to me that ANS is still evil. Her attorney told People magazine that the hearing could still be quashed. In legal terms, that basically means that it's set aside or declared invalid. You can bet that's what HE'S up to.

I see trouble brewing before March. I think it's going to be just as much of a battle to get ANS and Howie to open their yaps and testify as it is/was to get them to the church on time, as it was/is to get paternity testing accomplished, as it was/is to get them out of the house.

53. Oh MY Gosh!! This is such a surprise!! I am so glad to read this news.

My personal opinion is the same as DaChick's.... Vicky has thrown Howie under the bus..... I am not too certain that Howie is the one who gave Daniel the methadone... I believe that Vicky gave it to Daniel.

Daniel was hurting, emotionally and physically. Vicky was only trying to help her son in the ONLY way that she knew how.... illegal drugs.

IMHO, I believe that she fully REMEMBERS everything about that early morning and she knows that she has got to place blame on someone to keep her "you like my bodddeee" out of prison.

Vicky doesn't give a crap if Howard goes to jail, forever... just as long as she has her freedom.

REGARDLESS, of what or who has done this, a great BIG THANK YOU to each of you who sent letters............................ because of each of you, we are seeing these revelations today.

"Thank you" to each of you that wouldn't allow this to die!!!!

54. I bet we will soon be reading that the newlyweds have broken up.

Howard doesn't want to become someone's girlfriend in prison, and he will soon be singing like a bird.......

I know that he is obsessed with Anna and the moola, but I doubt enough to go to prison for her.

The honeymoon is just about OVER!!!

Howie provided them in the first place.

This is just an inquest.... we have a long wait ahead of us.

56. I just pray to god this doesn't have a tragic ending that it goes to the courts and that baby is taken out of that house before they get desperate and do the unthinkable.

Keep your fingers crossed this is going to be a trying time for Dannilynn and Larry im sure hes very worried at this point as we all are.

57. I always thought Stern gave the kid something to help him sleep that night. Ever try sleeping in a hospital, it's impossible. However, I don't think the truth will come out or justice will be served.

58. he had ambien in his system and meth and other drugs they OD him and they know it Anna said you did this and they will prove what happens from here who knows... With the way the bend the law and for some reason get away with it over and over...Wasn't there a hearing for the house today nancy grace at 8 tonite

59. Well I hope this is all handled in a professional manner. If this is not the case and everything works out to be the way the two of them ( Anna and Howard ) have claimed won't that be horrible. Otherwise there are some truly horrible people out there. I guess I just don't want that to be the case. Not a case of having to wake up, I just really hope they didn't kill that young man. I'm sure everyone feels that way. Hopefully.

60. Whenever... I see Stern.....he has guilt....written all over him, can't be sure as to what.....wasn't in the room.....but he did something and he's looking very quilty...and not only as an enabler, and control freak......
