First, develop your case against the doctors then prove that drugs were provided to someone not on the presciption that lead to their death. Two teens are currently serving time where I live for providing stolen prescription methadone pills to local teens at a local event which resulted in a couple of deaths. We don't mess around in our town.

Someone gave the methadone to Daniel. I just hope we can get to the bottom of who handed him the drug. I have my suspicions...Anyone know if its illegal to allow presciptions to be made, with your knowlege, in your name when it is meant for someone else. It seems only logical that there would be some culpability.

HKS killed Daniel, and that meant he wouldn't have to share mioney coming in from Marshal estate lAnna was next in line to receive the money and trust for Daneil - who was "gone" and that left a baby - that HKS tried to make us believe she was his. Buy an expensice boat - so he can take Anna and the baby out to sea - and "dispose" of the bodies. Leaves him. HE is the one to go to jail. Larry has messed up a few times, too - but wasn't near Anna, baby, nannies - no where to be blamed for any death! HKS was there!!!

As for Rita and the book, well, I'm not happy that she put herself in the compromising position she seems to have. I agree. She should have made the effort to speak directly to the nannies before the book went to press. At the very least she should have just put it on the record that they refused to talk with her recently without compensation and walked away. I think she really wanted to get to the bottom of all the discrepancies in this case. I'm not convinced that what she did was all that unusual.

I still don't understand why Lincoln Bains set her up. Why didn't he pressure the attorney to let her speak with the nannies instead? His flip flop is not making sense if all he wanted was the truth. Personally, I found the attorney a pain in the arse.

70. Just what I thought would happens but so a year later to this date....There has to be justice for Anna and her son, who died for what? Stern better be on his toes and watch what he is wishing for....jailtime.??...and the dr. does she think she did anyone a favor, and not to get cought? well, think again, dr., I have been waiting for this to happen, so the law is above you after all....its about time ......
Pray for the Smith family and their loved ones....and baby Danielle , is without a mother and brother...so sad this was going on a year ago.......

75. Isn't it convient that Howie was on Larry King this week defended his self from all the bad things that have happened to him. He and his attorney new this was going down.
Nothing will ever happen to him. Maybe Virgie can file a wrongful death against him.
She deserves something all the other slime in this situation have won big why not her. She is no worse than the others.
