NOTE: THE AUCTION IS BACK ON eBay!!!

TMZ is putting the sock that Britney Spears ran over on eBay. Proceeds will go to the Children's Defense Fund and the donation will be made in honor of the popwreck herself.

The eBay posting reads, "Authentic sock Britney ran over. The actual sock worn by a TMZ cameraman Thursday when Brit drove over his foot. Tire tread guaranteed authentic!"

BTW, Rick harbors no hard feelings. He wants him some more of that Britney! Click the sock to bid on eBay!

167. The guy deserved to be run over, don't stand in front of a moving car, especially if Britney is driving it. For the poster who says everyone is racist, they sound more racist than anyone on here, calling people crackers. I don't remember reading the N word on here anywhere. Britney loves the paparazzi or she wouldn't make it so easy for them to get all those great shots of her drunk and flashing her goods to the world. She could easily disappear for awhile and stay away. But then what would we laugh at all the time?? If she'd quit messing up every damn day there would be no pictures to be taken. There are tons of them over the last couple of years. She knew K Fed was a jerk from the beginning. She got what she went after. It's just a shame she had kids with him. Britney has made her own mess of her life and now she doesn't even try to clean it up. She just adds more and more mess to her life every day. There isn't enough time to list all of her screw ups in one post. She should just buy a big old ranch somewhere and go away. If she would surround herself with a couple hundred acres of private propert they wouldn't be able to take her picture 1000 times a day.

169. This is such a sad situation. I really don't care for Britney, but can this girl just be left alone. Of course the guy had his foot ran over, they were all around the car. It wouldn't suprise me if he didn't put it there on purpose for a reaction. So sad. They really do need to leave this girl alone. She obviously seems upset about this incident. What a set up?! Look at all those people around her, she had no where to go but straight. Give her a break.

172. Good on Britney! Maybe she should hit a few more paparazzi and they will lean to stay clear of traffic. Rick Harbors was not a pedestrian, He was a preditor purposely stepping in front of or close to a vehicle with the intention of delaying or stopping he vehcile to engagein intrusive and unwanted picture taking.

175. This show just how pathetic a paparazzi life really is. They spend so much time chasing stars that their life is boring. Then when their foot gets run over by a tire, suddenly it's such a big deal. They then must film it, and take pictures with their fancy cameras to show everything. Then finally, they try to sell the smelly sock on EBay. LOOSERS!

178. If I was a celebrity and I was being chased by paparazi photographers i would run over their feet more often. I gaurantee ,you get that close to me while I am driving I will make sure to run you over.
