31. Britney NEVER wears her seat belt, even when the children are in the car and depending on her safety. This must not be a primary offense in Caifornia, meaning she can only be stopped and ticketed if she's committed some other violation.

Oh, and to all those who want "distance" laws--forget it! Even if you made the law a measly 10 feet, it would have to apply to everyone, not just celebrities (define please?). Such a law would mean NO PERSON could come within 10 feet of any other person, which is just ridiculous. There are existing laws that cover impeding someone else's lawful forward movement--and laws regardng jaywalking--but they are not being enforced.

Lastly, Britney recklessly chose to drive one-handed, tho she had a friend with her who could, presumably, drive two-handed, only so that the paps couldn't photo her newly puffed lips!! Her narcissism knows no bounds. But at least she finally got a CALIF driver's license. Hmm.... Must not have included a road test since I've heard no testers recentlyresigned in protest.

45. Give her a break. She worked hard her childhood years being pimped out
to The Mickey Mouse Club, beauty pageants, talent shows ect, which led
to her being famous as a popstar. All work and no play! Where was her
childhood while her parents were pushing her to be rich and famous?
Tell me they didn't profit from that. And now her ex doesn't want
her, but still wants access to her assets through the children. It
was her hard work and sweat that earned the 700,000 a month income
she has now and brought those two babies into this world. Whether I
care for her or not maybe she is just "BURNT OUT" and tired of being
responsible and taking care of everyone else. SHE IS HUMAN!! She is
watched and judged for what she does and it's a case of damned if I
do and damned if I don't. Also K-Fed is wanting to suck money out of
her for support. If she didn't have the fame, money and talent behind
her to bring in more money, I wonder if he would want the kids so
badly. At least when she had them she might have drug them around
everywhere but they were with her and not with a nanny all the time,
even though she could well afford one if she wanted one. He doesn't
take care of the kids, the nanny and whoever else does. Brittany is
just footing the bill. I'm sure she loves her kids but has anybody
considered the fact that just maybe she has an anger issue and a
little bit of rebellion in the fact that she is maybe just determined
that K-Fed is not going to use her kids and the bad publicity from
this issue to control her. If she had the kids nobody would be saying
what a bad father he is because she has them instead of him. Why is it
the mother is always criticised instead of the father in instances
such as these. Give her some space and room to breathe. She needs
help, counseling ,and time to heal. She does need some time for
herself for once in her life without having to feel guilty about it.
And as for the reporter that got his foot ran over it serves him
right. Poor little dogs get run over in the street for chasing cars
and being where they don't belong. THEY have a LEASH law. Too bad she
didn't run over his HEAD and then his CAMERA too. And as for the sock, if this moron would get a real job he wouldn't be trying to cash in on a dirty sock. Besides, didn't he go to the emergency room for treatment afterwards? Seems like this would be where OSHA needs to step in. Has anyone ever heard of Bloodborne Pathogins or cross contamination due to improper hygiene in a healthcare facility. If there was blood on the sock or bacteria such as MRSA in the ER and someone bought it and got sick couldn't this be grounds for a lawsuit? Now there's a story!!!!!!!!!!
