There should be a new law, that if you get hit or close to a car you are invading, you should be ticketed, and be served a ticket and fine! It was not her fault you were in her way and space! Paps should have to keep a distance of at least 100 ft or be arrested for invasion on space and be at fault for any accident, Brintney should be able to sue them!

72. Hello??? "Distance" laws--forget it! Even if you made the rule a measly 10 feet, it would have to apply to everyone, not just celebrities (define please?).

Such a law would mean NO PERSON could come within 10 feet of any other person, which is just ridiculous.

There are existing laws that cover impeding someone else's lawful forward movement--and laws regardng jaywalking--but they are not being enforced.

74. I think EVERYONE should leave the girl alone! Especially the Paparazzi! They are horrible! They are constantly hounding the poor girl to death! Anyone would be nervous, the girl cant breathe with out being hounded. Let her be so she can deal with her issues, they are harming her and her family. There should be a law against this - it is just like "STALKING" a person as far as I am concerned!
