There should be a new law, that if you get hit or close to a car you are invading, you should be ticketed, and be served a ticket and fine! It was not her fault you were in her way and space! Paps should have to keep a distance of at least 100 ft or be arrested for invasion on space and be at fault for any accident, Brintney should be able to sue them!

63. Hello??? "Distance" laws--forget it! Even if you made the rule a measly 10 feet, it would have to apply to everyone, not just celebrities (define please?).

Such a law would mean NO PERSON could come within 10 feet of any other person, which is just ridiculous.

There are existing laws that cover impeding someone else's lawful forward movement--and laws regardng jaywalking--but they are not being enforced.

69. Maybe, just maybe, the cameraman should take responsibility for his own safety, like MOVE!
Something is going to have to be done about these cameramen following people and getting so close, then refusing to move out of the way when someone is attempting to leave.
Wouldn't that be a type of "false imprisonment" to surround someone in a motor vehicle, then refuse to move and allow them to go? Just considering the possibility. AND COULD SOMEONE TELL ME WHY SHE IS DRIVING WITH NO LICENSE!! (or has that been resolved?)
