Judge to Bam's Uncle: You're Don Vito No More

Bam's uncle Don Vito got the book thrown at him!

Vincent "Don Vito" Margera has been sentenced to what could be a life of probation, after a conviction on child sex assault charges. He must register as a sex offender and was told by the judge he can not play his Don Vito character for ten years. Say it ain't so!

The man formerly known as Don Vito must also receive a mental health evaluation and undergo drug and alcohol treatment.

The 51-year-old Margera was convicted on two counts of sexual assault on a child, after he groped three girls, ages 12 to 14 at an autograph signing in a Colorado skate park.

He played the character of Don Vito on MTV's "Viva La Bam."

62. Well, what can I say. I'm glad it wasn't my daughters. He would have gotten the book thrown at him by me not a judge. I don't care how much money someone has (famous or not) keep your hands to yourself. But let's really take a look at this: teenage girls at a skate park they were looking for some kind of action and Don Vito was probably the only one who cared to give it to them. Anyone who reads this, don't get me wrong, I don't agree with what he did, but take into the factors of how "children" are now-a-days.

64. He is one of the most disgusting unhuman things on this planet. Just because his nephew had a show on MTV he thought he could be a dirty old man and get away with it. He ought to be in jail. Unfortunately even he would probably only have to serve what 94 minutes out of his entire sentence because he had become somewhat famous. This whole judicial system is a joke. A really bad joke that no one laughs at.
