So your family has a gazillion bucks and you can't post $20,000 bail. That really blows.

Barron Hilton is rotting away, waiting to get released. Paris won't bail him out, so his friends came to do it. But there's a snag. Barron's buds showed up with $2,000 cash, assuming they only had to pay 10%. They assumed they could take the 10% to the Sheriff and spring their friend, but the Sheriff doesn't provide discounts -- only a bail bondsman will take a William Morris percentage.

So now Barron's buds are off looking for a bail bondsman. We hear the meatloaf dinners are excellent. Tastes like chicken.

33. the bonding system is very old and was used in old England. A person is permitted to bond out of jail but promises to appear at the appointed time for the court hearing. A bondsman makes his money by gauranteeing the person will show up for court and has insurance companies that gauarantee the bail to the court. The person is still legally underarrest. When the bondsman posts the bail it is described as being on a string that the bondsman can pull and put you back in jail at any time he feels necessary. IE If he thinks or has heard that you plan on leaving town and not shoiw up for court. His fee is usualkly 10% but depending on the charges can range much higher. This law has been upheld by the supreme court since 1876. If a person does leave the jurisdiction th bondsman hires agents ( bounty hunters or now adasy called bond retrieval experts), to hunt down the fugitive and return him to custody. Some bondsmen will rebond a fugitive for an addtional fee. Personally once a fugitive has fled i wouldn't trust him again to be bonded. If he ran once he will probably run again.

36. Should be condemned to 23 days in the men's jail. He'll come out wearing pink like his sister and will love to go back for more. Seems that all the Hiltons are drunkards. What a family. Just because they have money they think they can do what they want, until they kill somebody like Brandy did they won't learn. And then, with their money they'll get away with it like Brandy is doing. Buy the judge.

Why do you take offense to my statements about the bonding system ? I worked within the system for 6 years, i have a degree in criminal justice where i learned the history of the bonding system.I did not make the statemet to make anyone feel inferior. I only wish to pass along knowledge so others may know. Everyone should keep an open mind to learning new things. What i stated i learned in a history class in college. Going to college was a very enjoyable experience where i benefited from the knowledge of my instructors as well as from other students.

Your an idiot. He could have killed someone. He deserves to sit there and think about it for awhile. I applaud parents who don't come running everytime their child messes up. It isn't healthy for the kid. They will only grow up thinking mommy and daddy will fix everything for me.
