Audrina Patridge's alleged stalker was carrying a knife that had a swastika on the handle when he was arrested outside of her house last month ... this according to a detective's testimony yesterday in court.
The detective said she found the knife -- which had a 6-inch blade -- in Zachary Loring's bag after they hauled him to the station on February 19 ... when he allegedly violated the restraining order Audrina was granted against him last year.
Loring is set to be arraigned on March 23 for one count of stalking and two counts of disobeying a court order.
Audrina Patridge had to pay nearly $400 to get her car out of the tow shop yesterday -- but when she told us her car was towed while she was in acting class ... well, that $400 seems well spent by comparison.
She's been acting on "The Hills" for all these years ... who needs more practice?
Audrina Patridge says she feels safer now that her alleged stalker is behind bars ... and we would too, after his bird-flipping performance during his arraignment yesterday.
Zachary Loring pled not guilty to felony stalking and three misdemeanors -- right around the time he spewed obscenities and made obscene gestures behind his lawyer's back. He's being held on $150,000 bail.
We were live in the L.A. courtroom where Audrina Patridge's alleged stalker was being arraigned a few moments ago ... when the guy suddenly started flipping the bird and making obscene gestures!
In the video, you can hear Zachary Loring -- who was facing a felony stalking charge and three misdemeanors -- yelling at the judge that he wanted to plead guilty ... but his lawyer officially entered a not guilty plea for him.
Loring also said something about doughnuts covered in bacon and sprinkles and how the hearing was a waste of his time.
Also, a five year protective order was granted for Audrina and her family.
As we first reported, Loring was arrested outside of Audrina's home last week, after he allegedly showed up and started knocking on her door and ringing the doorbell ... a violation of the permanent restraining order Audrina was granted against him last year.
The guy who was arrested outside Audrina Patridge's home last Friday has now been charged with felony stalking.
In addition to the stalking charge, the Los Angeles District Attorney charged Zachary Loring with three misdemeanors -- one for each of the times he violated a court order by showing up at Audrina's house. Audrina got a three-year restraining order against Loring last September.
Loring will be arraigned on Tuesday and the DA will seek a more aggressive criminal protective order against him.
The guy Audrina Patridge got a permanent restraining order against last year was arrested this morning after he allegedly showed up to her Los Angeles home.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ someone inside Audrina's house called 911 after Zachary Loring allegedly started pounding on her front door and ringing the doorbell. We're told Audrina was home at the time of the incident.
Loring was in possession of a large knife when he was arrested, according to law enforcement sources.
We're told cops showed up to Audrina's place and arrested Loring -- who was booked for felony stalking and misdemeanor vandalism. Loring is in custody and being held on $160,000 bail.
Back in September, Audrina claimed Loring kept showing up to her house and giving her creepy poems and drawings -- including one of a woman being hanged.
An obsessed fan of Audrina Patridge received the best gift of all this holiday season ... community service (his other options were a lot worse).
Zachary Loring was sentenced to 30 days community service after pleading guilty to one count of vandalism for defacing an electrical box in Los Angeles. He was also charged with carrying a switchblade, but that count was dropped as part of the plea deal.
The court case is not connected to another legal problem facing Loring -- allegedly harassing Audrina. She obtained a restraining order against him after he allegedly showed up to her house and sent her creepy letters and drawings.
Loring was placed on 36 months probation and can't possess deadly weapons, aerosol paint containers, felt tip markers or indelible ink markers. He can carry a pencil.
The Burglar Bunch had its sights set on feet ... and we have the picture to prove it.
TMZ has the data from the computer the Bunch used during the alleged crime spree. One of the pictures in the archive .... Paris Hilton (with Doug Reinhardt) and Audrina Patridge, both wearing the same style of expensive boots.
We didn't alter this picture ... the highlighted boot was in the computer.
As we first reported, both Paris and Audrina's homes were hit. We don't know if the boots were taken in the heists.
Courtney Ames clearly thought it was hi-larious when she saw the mug shot of alleged Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch member Nick Prugo in a gossip magazine ... but soon thereafter the LAPD was able to wipe that smile clean.
We obtained this photo from the computer the Burglar Bunch used during their alleged crime spree. Soon after the pic was taken, Ames was arrested and charged -- along with Nick -- with the burglary of Paris Hilton's home.
Hate is a strong word -- but according to Paris Hilton, the word perfectly describes the way she feels about the members of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch who allegedly stole more than $2 million worth of her jewelry.
We got the iced up heiress last night at Mr. Chow, where she was spewing "hate" towards the merry band of jewelry snatchers.
Fellow target Audrina Patridge was out too, saying "They're going to have to face the consequences" -- which right now amounts to a helluva lot of felony charges.
The Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch may have scoped out jewelry worn by Audrina Patridge before her house was burglarized -- judging by searches made from a computer seized from suspect Nick Prugo.
Whoever was using the computer at the time wanted to check out photos of Audrina's "diamond watch" -- performing a Google search for images of the pricey bling.
Audrina's house was burglarized back in February -- two maskless morons were caught by her security cameras doing the deed ... one of which cops believe was Prugo.
One of the suspects in the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch is already turning on her fellow suspects -- blaming everyone but herself for the celebrity stealing spree.
TMZ spoke with Alexis Neiers, aka Alexis Taylor, who wasted no time pointing her finger at suspect Nick Prugo saying, "I know for a fact Nick did all of these burglaries. He did every single burglary, he told me this after the police let him go. Nick is blaming people, trying to get the blame off himself."
Alexis then described the roles of the other four suspects, "Rachel Lee was his main accomplice and they brought Diana Tamayo into this. Diana, Nick and Rachel did the burglaries together. Roy Lopez was the one who sold the stuff they had taken ... and he's friends with Courtney Ames and that's why she was arrested."
Alexis finished up by explaining how she got caught up in the investigation, saying "The only reason they came to my house was because they thought I was holding property for Nick, they even searched my house and found nothing. I'm innocent in all of this and feel terrible for all the people who got robbed."
TMZ has learned cops suspect 19-year-old Rachel Lee is the "master mind" of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch.
Lee was arrested in Las Vegas yesterday -- and law enforcement sources tell us she is suspected of organizing a plan to steal cash, jewelry, clothing, luggage, purses and other personal items from several major Hollywood celebrities, including Paris Hilton, Orlando Bloom, Lindsay Lohan and Rachel Bilson.
We're told when Lee was busted, cops impounded a variety of items from her father's Las Vegas home -- including two laptops, photographs of a partially nude woman, photographs of Lee's friends, more than two hundred $100 bills, a Korean passport and a vial of marijuana.
Sources also tell us cops found a series of items that may have been taken from various celebrity homes. The items include a hat linked to Lindsay Lohan, jeans linked to Rachel Bilson and partially nude photographs linked to Paris Hilton ... no surprise there.
We've learned Lee told the arresting officers she discovered she was a "person of interest" in the case from "watching TMZ."
We're told Lee has denied being involved in any of the burglaries. She's currently behind bars in a Clark County, Nevada jail.
