What in the world would make a transgendered pregnant "man" with female reproductive organs think that "he" and "his" family wouldn't get surrounded by photogs after taping an episode of "Larry King Live," followed by a casual, intimate dinner at a little out-of-the-way cafe like Spago Beverly Hills?!
You'd think they'd never seen a pregnant "man" before!

Now that "he's" revealed "he's" carrying "his" second child, Thomas Beatie -- the pregnant transgendered "man" with female reproductive organs -- embarked on a press blitz through NYC on Monday.
Interestingly, the pregnant "father" kept mum on all baby-related questions.

Thomas Beatie, the former woman turned transgendered pregnant man who gave birth to a baby girl earlier this year, is once again with child.
The 34-year-old female father is in his first trimester, according to ABC News. In an interview airing Friday, Beatie tells Barbara Walters he did not go back on testosterone after giving birth to biological daughter Susan in June, in hopes of getting pregnant again. It worked.
Beatie is due June 12 -- just in time for Father's Day.

Due early next year, Jenna is carrying two little ones inside her.

What if you had a baby and nobody noticed?!
Former child star Mayim Bialik has a three-year-old son and was due with her second child in the fall. While no one has reported if she had the baby yet, the 32-year-old turned up at an L.A. farmer's market this weekend wearing a librarian chic skirt, sensible shoes, trendy ankle bandage and -- voila! -- a newborn slung across her chest. Whoa!
We're told Mayim had a son named Fred a month or two ago. Who knew?!

Sources tell TMZ Amy Poehler has been in labor all day and just had a baby boy.
Obviously, Amy will not perform on "Saturday Night Live" tonight.
We're told Seth Meyers will do Weekend Update all by his lonesome, but there's no word on whether her "Bronx Beat" skit with returning cast member Maya Rudolph -- who will be playing Michelle Obama tonight -- has been totally scrapped or not.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are taking that whole "Two and a Half Men" thing to heart.
Our sources say Brooke is double the preggers -- as in she's expecting twins. Your move, Denise.
The little tykes would be the first for Brooke; Charlie has two young kids with ex Denise Richards and a 22-year-old daughter named Cassandra he had out of wedlock with girlfriend Paula Profit.
